On a coral island rising barely above the Arabian Sea, DKODE Architects has designed a water aerodrome terminal that refuses to treat infrastructure as an afterthought a building as considered as its extraordinary setting.

Rising Ground + 45 floors above the Worli Sea Face, The Icon is DKODE Architects’ most ambitious residential commission in Mumbai, a luxury waterfront tower whose architecture is drawn directly from the language of the coastline it overlooks.

DKODE Architects has unveiled the design for a landmark twin-tower commercial development in Majan, Dubai, that places human wellness at the centre of the modern workplace. At 10.7 lakh square feet, it is the UAE’s first commercial development of its kind.

DKODE Architects has completed the design for S-City a 27-lakh square foot mixed-use development in Goregaon, Mumbai, that introduces a first to the city: dual twin towers connected by a sky-level amenity bridge.
