Rising Ground + 45 floors above the Worli Sea Face, The Icon is DKODE Architects’ most ambitious residential commission in Mumbai, a luxury waterfront tower whose architecture is drawn directly from the language of the coastline it overlooks.
Mumbai’s waterfront has seen ambition before. The Icon intends to define it.
Situated in Worli, the city’s most prestigious residential address. The Icon rises Ground + 45 floors with unobstructed views of the Worli Sea Face. At this height, the building becomes part of Mumbai’s skyline in the most literal sense. DKODE Architects understood that a tower in this position carries a responsibility that goes beyond the brief: it must earn its place on the horizon.
The architectural language answers that responsibility directly. The Icon’s form is drawn from the fluidity of the seafront and the organic adaptation of coastal ridges, a building that doesn’t impose on its waterfront context but responds to it. The massing shifts and softens in a way that references movement, tide, and the natural erosion of the shoreline. It is architecture that knows where it stands.
The residential programme is equally considered. Expansive 4 BHK residences and exclusive duplex penthouse configurations are planned around private lift lobbies, wrap-around balconies, and large living and dining spaces that maximise the view at every level. The zoning between public and private areas within each residence is precisely a building that understands the difference between showing off its outlook and actually living in it.
Sky-level amenities, a signature sky deck, premium member floors, and curated podium-top spaces extend the experience beyond the apartment itself. The Icon is designed to be inhabited fully, not just occupied.
