At 10.7 lakh square feet across two towers, the project is one of the most significant commercial commissions to emerge from Dubai’s Majan district. But what sets it apart is not its scale. It is the sky bridge.
Linking the two towers at height, the sculptural bridge carries open-to-sky wellness amenities spaces designed not for transit but for pause. For the kind of reset that makes the hours that follow more focused, more human, more productive. In a commercial typology that has historically treated amenities as a footnote, the bridge makes wellness the headline.
The design creates a seamless dialogue between the two towers architecturally and experientially. What could have been two separate buildings becomes one integrated environment. The sky bridge is the moment where the development’s philosophy becomes physical.
Dubai has built offices that impress. This project builds one that restores. The distinction matters both for the people who will work inside it and for a market increasingly aware that the quality of the workplace directly affects the quality of the work produced within it.
